4K a year We are seeking an individual to join our team at our Middleburg Clinic, located next to St.
Vincent's Clay Hospital.
Job Description:
Assist in checking in/out patients at our high traffic physical therapy clinic.
Must have ability to multi-task and be interrupted frequently by incoming and outgoing patients while maintaining an exceptional attitude.
Our primary concern is patient care and patient satisfaction.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, has an amiable personality and a pleasant demeanor when interacting with the patients.
Experience in billing, insurance preferred Job Duties:
Answer multi-line phone Check patients in/out and maintain schedule Verifying insurance benefits for physical therapy Scheduling new patient appointments Filing charts Preparing charts for patient visits Scanning documents into EMR system Emailing new patient forms Send medical records Job
Qualifications:
Time management and prioritizing Detail-oriented and thorough Teachable with a pleasant demeanor and attitude Not intimidated by a large workload Self-motivated and confident 1 year Experience preferred On the job training will be provided for this position.
