Responsible for CBHC's training activities, including but not limited to all staff NEO, Clinical NEO; medicaid compliance, etc.
Coordinate agency internship programs and staff certification processes.
Knowledge of adult education and training principles; CARF accreditation, Florida statutes and medicaid standards for behavioral healthcare.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, work independently as well as provide direction to others.
Above average organizational skills and computer skills working with Excel spreadsheets, Power Point and Microsoft Word.
BA degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other mental health related field and two (2) years experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
