Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Current license in the State of Florida.
Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
Salary:
Flexibleper hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
