Job Description
Job Summary:
Oversees the overall management of nursing practice, nursing education and professional development, nursing research, nursing administration and nursing services.
Responsibilities:
+ Provides leadership to management within areas of responsibility.
+ Oversees the development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, and programs.
+ Formulates and implements operational strategies and initiatives.
+ Oversees operations, budget, financial targets, and human resources management.
Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
+ Required Credential(s):
+ Registered Nurseobtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ Preferred Credential(s):
+ Nurse Executivecredentialed from theAmerican Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
+ Nurse Executivecredentialed from theAmerican Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
Education:
+ Diploma
+ Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred
Work Experience:
+ 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
