What you will do:
+ Assign, direct, educate and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
+ Contribute to or conduct performance evaluations of staff.
+ Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments, ensuring that population appropriate patient care is given.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
+ Respond to complaints about patient care and manages the situation through established channels.
+ Provide input for hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
Shift Information: 8 Hour Evening3 p.m - 11 p.m.
What you will need:
Required Credentials:
+ BLS Providercredentialed from theAmerican Heart Association (AHA)obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
+ Registered Nursecredentialed from theFlorida Board of Nursingobtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential:
+ Certified Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 9 Months (270 days) of hire date or job transfer date. ACLS replaces the BLS.
Education:
+ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
+ Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Work Experience:
+ 1 Year experience
+ 4 Years? experience preferred
+ 2 Years Leadership or Management experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
